Since Freedom Health opened its doors in early 2004, the company has
been managed in the hands of a dedicated team, bringing a blend of experience and expertise.
John Hall - President, CEO
After receiving an MBA from Warwick Business School in England, John Hall built years
of consumer products experience with Kimberly-Clark in the US and Europe. He brought this experience to bear when
he founded Mondial Industries in 1991, to bring the Diaper Genie to US markets. Playtex Products purchased the business in
1999. Since then, John became engaged in the Arabian Horse world, which led him to pursue research in equine gastrointestinal
health and nutrition. This, in turn, led John to Dr. Peter Bedding, and the development of SUCCEED® Digestive Conditioning
Program®. This provided the foundation for creating Freedom Health in early 2004.
Steve Willey - Chief Operating Officer
Experienced in finance and operations, Steve's career spans decades, including
management positions with Kimberly-Clark, E&J Gallo, BF Goodrich, and Ernst & Young, among others. Steve is a
CPA, and a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School.
Franklin Pellegrini, DVM - VP-Veterinary Medicine
A former practicing equine veterinarian, race horse trainer and founder of Pet
Health Pharmacy, Dr. Pellegrini received his DVM degree from Oklahoma State University in 1997. He currently provides technical
support and supervises research on new and existing technology in equine applications at Freedom Health. He is licensed with
the Ohio Veterinary Medical Board, the Ohio State Racing Commission and has Federal Veterinary Accreditation.
Susan Ungar - VP-Finance
Sue was part of the original team at Mondial Industries, serving as Accounting Manager, Controller
and finally VP-Finance, the same position she holds with Freedom Health. Sue, who holds a BS from the University of Akron,
is a former finance and accounting consultant. She joined Freedom Health in early 2004.
Patrick Warczak, Jr - VP-Marketing
A former advertising executive with experience in consumer and B-to-B marketing, Patrick
was part of the agency team responsible for Diaper Genie advertising and promotions in the mid-'90s. He joined Freedom
Health in January 2004 to lead the company's marketing efforts, and has since taken on the role of managing the
company's
sales team as well. Patrick holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin.
Mark Yoho - VP-Operations
Part of the original team at Mondial, Mark
worked to become the company's plant manager. He remained part of the Diaper Genie team for 4 years after the business
was sold to Playtex Products, prior to joining Freedom Health in Spring 2004. He currently manages Freedom Health facilities
and operations. |
